SYSCON is a Remote Access Trojan deployed in a targeted campaign against US government agencies. It has been seen alongside the CARROTBAT and CARROTBALL downloaders and relies on the File Transfer Protocol as its Command and Control channel. Unit 42 attributes use of the family to the Konni Group.
