NetSupportManager RAT, also known as NetSupport, is a Windows rat.

Background

As Enigma Software explains, NetSupport Manager is a legitimate product that debuted roughly twenty years ago, designed to let people receive remote technical support or deliver remote assistance to other computers. Criminals, however, have co-opted this useful tool for their malicious campaigns, and the abused variant has come to be known as the NetSupport Manager RAT.
