Background

This malware alters every JPG image on an infected machine, stamping the string 'I am Sorry' into the bottom corner of each file.

Grenam is a companion virus, a type of file-infecting malware. It spreads by adding the letter 'g' to the front of host filenames and substituting itself under the host file's original name.
