It renames "1.jpg" to "1.jpg.ATOMSILO", "2.jpg" to "2.jpg.ATOMSILO", and so on. As its ransom note, AtomSilo creates the "README-FILE-#COMPUTER-NAME#-#CREATION-TIME#.hta" file.
